Epoxidized soybean oil (ESBO) is a collection of organic compounds obtained from the epoxidation of soybean oil.
It is a polymer plasticizer and stabilizer. It is used in PVC plastics to make the material more pliable and resistant to heat, abrasion, and other environmental factors. ESBO is a viscous liquid with a yellow colour.
